Caño Cristales is an incredible natural stream in in the Sierra de la Macarena National Park, within the Municipality of the same name in the Meta Department of Colombia, South America. The river glows in magnificent colors from the natural algae and moss that grows on its rocky bed. A myriad of small falls and bowl-shaped pools stradle the stream on its course away from the park.
